Bohai is a Chinese public company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, an FTSE Russell index company, and is the largest listed leasing company on the Chinese A-Share stock market. (Abbreviation: Bohai Leasing, SZ Stock Code: 000415). We operate our business on a global basis and provide aircraft leasing, infrastructure leasing, large equipment leasing along with other leasing services under operating leases and finance leases to over 140 customers world-wide. We have formed a global leasing business layout with parallel development of both domestic and offshore leasing business. We are now one of the world's top three aircraft lessors. As the end of year 2025, the company's total asset reached about 249.7 billion RMB and the revenue was 52.92 billion RMB. Our aircraft leasing business is mainly conducted through controlled subsidiaries Avolon and Tianjin Bohai. As the end of year 2025, the total number of aircraft we owned, managed and ordered was 1161. Our domestic finance leasing business is mainly conducted though controlled subsidiaries include Tianjin Bohai Leasing and Hengqin Leasing.

Bohai Capital won the 2017 Changqing Award for Best Financial Leasing Company

On January 18, the 2018 Financial Summit and the 2nd Changqing Award Presentation Ceremony, jointly organized by CAIJING and Guanghua School of Management, Peking University ,was held in Beijing. Bohai Capital won the 2017 Changqing Award for Best Financing Leasing Company.

According to the judging panel, Bohai Capital plays an important role in servicing Real economy by provides leasing and supporting financial services across more than 1,000 clients worldwide. In the meantime, the jury praised Bohai Capital for its outstanding operating performance and its active corporate social responsibility, which is a well-deserved "Best Financing Leasing Company" in 2017.
